Pantry in the Kitchen Work Triangle

We have all heard at some point while talking to professionals about a kitchen work triangle.

Typically everyone assumes that a kitchen work triangle is tracing the line of movement between the cooking area, the sink or preparation area and the refrigerator.

Well it did start off that way as the refrigerator doubles up as a storage unit too.

But it seems like eventually once there is an effective pantry in the kitchen, planning placement of the pantry closer to the preparation area makes a lot of difference.

Imagine if your pantry is tucked away, how long you might have to walk to get a handful of flour to finish your dish. So maybe you can have atleast a minimum amount of groceries closer to you and the refills can be away.

So, in my opinion it is important to have the pantry closer to the preparation area.

Think about it!
